Thankfully in this post, we’re talking about some great BOOTY BUILDING EXERCISES! ⠀⠀ 1️⃣ Single Leg Glute Bridge — A great warmup exercise, or finisher to really activate your upper hamstring and glutes. ⠀⠀ 2️⃣ Barbell Squat — A wider stance and keeping your knees pushed out will allow you to target your butt a bit more, along with focusing on contracting your glutes to help lift you back up from the bottom for the squat. ⠀⠀ 3️⃣ Romanian Deadlift — Another great exercise for a great backside! Keeping your reps clean and controlled is key, and getting a full stretch in your hamstrings and squeezing your glutes on the way up should be the focus. ⠀⠀ 4️⃣ Barbell Hip Thrusts — Enough said? I think so! These are my favorite booty builder, and they’ll like be yours too! ⠀⠀ 5️⃣ Bulgarian Split Squats — While these can be great for your quads as well, if you step out from the bench a bit further than normal and focus on controlling the rep with your glutes, you’ll really get some great activation. ⠀⠀ 6️⃣ Cable Kickbacks — A classic for the ladies that’ll really put your glutes on fire.
